Cancellation Policy

• Clients hold the right to cancel any ongoing digital marketing services provided by Unimind Studios at any time.
• To cancel, clients must provide written notice to Unimind Studios either by email or regular mail.
• Upon cancellation Unimind Studios will stop providing the digital marketing services provided.
• Any outstanding payment obligations for the services provided up to cancellation date have to be fulfilled by client.

Refund Policy

• Unimind Studios doesn’t provide a refund policy. If the client is not satisfied with the service, they can cancel the request for the service provided.
• In case of dissatisfaction with any service provided, Unimind Studios may offer to address the issue by providing additional services.
• Services offered by Unimind Studios are non-refundable.
• Clients have the opportunity to review and agree to the terms before availing the service.
