Ensure all content and materials you provide are accurate, legal, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Cooperate with us in a timely manner to avoid delays in project delivery. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges or a revised project timeline.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment Terms: All fees and payment schedules will be outlined in your Project Proposal or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all payments are due within a set number of days from the invoice date.

Late Payments: Invoices not paid on time may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until all outstanding payments are cleared.

Non-Refundable Fees: All fees for services rendered are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full and final payment, ownership of the work we create for you (e.g., website code, graphic designs, ad copy) will be transferred to you, the client.

Our Rights: We retain the right to use the work we create for you in our portfolio and marketing materials for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This helps us showcase our expertise and attract new clients.

Third-Party Content: If a project involves third-party licenses for stock photos, fonts, or software, we will inform you. You will be responsible for purchasing or renewing these licenses as needed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information shared during our working relationship as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, client lists, and any proprietary data. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of our working relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Unimind Studios (Pvt) Ltd, its employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes any financial loss, data loss, or business interruption that may occur. Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services rendered.

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including the success or performance of any marketing campaign.

7. Termination of Services

Termination by Us: We may terminate our services or a specific Project Agreement if you breach any of these Terms, including failure to make a payment on time.

Termination by You: You may terminate a service or Project Agreement with written notice. You will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the new version on our website, and your continued use of our website or services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
